The new movie “Draft Day”, starring Kevin Costner, is looking for extras for its Cleveland-area shoots.
The casting call is on Sunday, April 14 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Terry Macklin Entertainment and Event Centre on Enterprise Center in Solon. These opening are for paid extras of all ages, talent agency Real Style said.
Applicants should expect to have photographs taken and fill out paperwork. The line will be cut off at 5 p.m. To register online, go to realstyleonline.com.
In the movie, Costner plays a fictitious Cleveland Browns general manager who tries to secure the number one pick. “Draft Day” also features Jennifer Garner and Denis Leary.
There have already been casting calls in Cleveland for “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”, which starts shooting in northeast Ohio this spring. The state’s motion picture tax credit also brought in “The Avengers”, “Alex Cross” and “Fun Size” over the past two years.
